Pet Policy
At The Everette at East Cobb, your four-legged family members are welcome home right alongside you. Let them stretch their legs at our on-site bark park and pet play area, with plenty of East Cobb green space just beyond the gates.
Dogs & Cats Welcome
We happily accept cats and dogs, up to 2 per home, with no weight limit. We have a one-time non-refundable pet fee of $350 per pet, with a monthly pet rent of $30 per pet. Breed restrictions may apply.
