Resident reviews
“Been here almost a year, it’s a quiet community no complaints. All the staff in leasing office are very kind and generous. They offer water and snacks to the kids when they can. They occasionally have small events in the leasing office for us to enjoy. I see the pool cleaned regularly. The gates can be a little troublesome at times but overall the community is well maintained. It’s up to the residents to respect their space, clean up after themselves and their dogs!”

“I’ve had such An amazing move in experience. My specialist Andrea showed me several units that met my needs and I then made a decision based off the communities luxuries and polite and helpful staff. Whenever I needed a fix or maintenance issue , they were out the same day to fix . They are always polite and my home feels very homey. I would highly recommend if you want a safe, clean community, and a seamless moving transaction.”

“When I walk through my apartment it was nice, after staying in the apartment, my neighbors has about 5kids and it was always noisy , so I would complain to Andrea the young leasing agent and she would really listen to with a smile. So the manager Brian was letting me out of my least , because of the noisy neighbor, so Andrea new I really like my apartment, so she was like Ms. Danita let me show you some other apartments, but I didn’t like the others apartments. She truly is very very respectful and professional. When it comes to paying your money for apartment you just want to be happy. So I received phone call about that my neighbor are moving and God knows I didn’t want to move, see when you trust God and pray about, God will work it out so I’m happy that I do not have to move. I love all of them in the office. It’s not always the leasing agents sometimes it’s the residents can be horrible.”
